This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and cookware in the kitchen. The staff even helped me find my lost ring, making it memorable. I highly recommend relaxing by the pools. I’m coming back for Christmas.

We had a fantastic experience with my sister at the pools, which were perfectly maintained and a great place to relax. The resort's location allowed us to explore the nearby Living Desert Zoo, offering a fabulous time in nature. It was just what we needed.
My kids wished for more activities to keep them entertained.

Families will love it
We stayed in a Villa, it was fantastic! There were 2 patios, one had table & chairs, the other one was empty, but we didn’t mind since we weren’t there long. The game room was cool, with a mini kitchen, perfect for making snacks, and there were 2 pools, which made cooling off easy.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly it was worth it.

We loved chilling by the pools and enjoyed some competitive fun at the pool table. The staff was super friendly, making our stay even better. We also hit up the Living Desert Zoo for some nature and the Indian Wells Golf Resort for a round of golf. Great location with easy access to attractions!
The only downside was the noise from the nearby train, which could be a bit annoying when you're trying to relax outside.

Unique Upgrades Enhance Our Stay
Despite a rocky check-in experience, the staff's support shone through, arranging a complimentary upgrade when our original site couldn’t accommodate us. The park’s peacefulness and well-maintained pools offered perfect relaxation, but remember to prepare for the heat. cooler months seem better for larger rigs.

The facilities include a top-notch, spacious pool area with both a large and smaller pool, perfect for cooling off during the hot desert days. An impressive array of amenities like chipping and putting greens, as well as well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts, offers plenty of options for active guests.
The check-in process could feel quite chaotic at times, especially with housekeeping still in the midst of cleaning your unit when you arrive. Wifi was a major letdown, often spotty and not suitable for anything beyond light browsing, which is a bummer for those of us who like to keep connected.

Staying here was a dream, the grounds are immaculate with stunning views, and the tennis courts were well-maintained, which I loved! The only downside was the need for blackout curtains in the villa to block the morning sun. I'd totally choose this place again for its beautiful atmosphere!

Staying at the Villa was quite enjoyable. It provided a cozy atmosphere with a small kitchen equipped with everything needed for light cooking. Loved having coffee in the room, thanks to the coffee machine. The bed and couches were super comfy. However, the check-in process was chaotic, with housekeeping still cleaning our unit when we arrived. The incorrect room configuration online disappointed me, especially with a missing twin pullout couch. The air conditioning struggled to cool down the room effectively, and I didn't appreciate the lack of response when I called for additional toilet paper. Also, the promise of a full reimbursement for our troubles remains unfulfilled, and it's frustrating to deal with unanswered emails from customer service.
